MOST OF ALL their Italian confections are proper, not the more American style of overlysweet approximations. If youre a sweet tooth, you will still LOVE their stuff. Their flavors are expertly balanced, so you dont lose the taste in heaps and heaps sweetness. Their espresso and mocha beverages are well done, and I rave over their herbal teas not just the boring supermarket flavors! I really cant say it enough if you wanna support local business, please support this amazing nichespecialty store that brings a little class to Pasco County hahahaha ”

“ Updated 21122 New hours are 7am4pm Updated 11112021 Love their pastries. Marios tiramisu is amazing and the chocolate cigars are a great treat. The new york cheesecake is amazing. Sadly the restaurant has been closed for a few years but i am so glad the bakery is still around. First of all I dont like Italian, but Ive been converted. Their noodles are handmade. The shrimp alfredo is so creamy and delicious. The chicken milanese is amazing. The chicken parmesan is awesome. Their cheesecake is sinfully delicious. The service is amazing They willl be closed for a few months to remodel but I cant wait to see what it will look like when they reopen. I am never eating at another Italian place again. ”
“ Had a ricotta lobster tail and was fabulous. I felt like back home in italy. Everything looked delicious. I met the pastry chef, Mario, he is from Rome, amazing. Only down side was the service, the lady at the counter was so grampy, grouchy, mean, that we even felt uncomfortable buy more things, we just needed to leave. I still give 5 star because the food was excellent, despite the service, and for sure will come back. I hope it wasnt due to family problems. So sad!!!! ”

“ Sorrento please reopen somewhere!!!! My husband and I had you cater our wedding back in April of 2023. We searched high and low. You guys were THE BEST!!! So many people at wedding asked where we got the desserts. We made special trip and drive an hour just to get some delicious desserts from you guys. When you guys closed my husband and I prayed every day that you would reopen. However once we heard the store was reopened we were saddened to know that it was a different owner but hopeful that it would be the same. Unfortunately the cookies at this new place are tasteless and dry. My husband calls them dust cookies. Hopefully you will reconsider an open somewhere preferably closer to Brooksville. We will keep praying! Please reopen soon! ”
